Every project is required to review our "terms and conditions", fill out our contact form, and pay a deposit before any work can be rendered. Under no circumstance are we reliable if you do not review the "terms and conditions" before booking your project.
What is your scope of work limited to?
We carry the required licenses for all of our projects. We may sub-contract a trusted third party contractor/general contractor to permit or complete any projects that we are not legally capable of carrying through individually.
What happens if you run into water damage, mold, or something of the nature?
Our team will report to the home owner as soon as we find anything that will need to brought to attention. We strive to provide quality work that ensures you will not have issues later. We look for things such as mold, water damage, deterioration, or damages before carrying over any home improvements. Therefore, you can ensure we don't patch over any issues that could be detrimental later.
Do you offer project clean-up upon rendered services?
Yes, we clean-up after ourselves! However, we may include any fees that concludes the clean-up such as dumpster rental, dump fees, machinery requirements, or deep cleaning. Some people choose to hire a third party for clean-up or are not offered this service through their contractor. Fortunately, we do and most of the time we will be the most affordable route.
Are there any hidden fees?
There is nothing we hide from our clients. Integrity, honesty, and connection is our most important attribute to Top Gun LLC. If we have anything that may arise and effect the total of the invoice, we will make clear communication and understanding with you before moving forward with any of our service. We also give a informative breakdown on your invoice that is upfront pricing for you to refer to anytime!
